Stan is a sofa bed with a choice of arms that allows you to configure the desired overall width and adapt it to the space available. Narrow and flared, slim and squared, rounded, rolled, wide or ultra slim: the armrest models available make it easier to find a place for this simple, yet versatile, sleeper sofa. It comes as a 2 or 3 seater, plus their extra large options and chair. Depending on the type you pick, you will get a convertible couch that turns into a real bed with a real 200 cm long and 14 cm high mattress in single, large single, small double, double or king sizes.
The conversion from settee to sleeper is smooth and quick. An easy open mechanism, our Lampolet metal-action frame simply requires you to pull forward the backrest and then lower it to the floor. All without removing any cushion. Just two moves to obtain a ready to use, comfy bed with a steel mesh or wooden slats base. For supreme comfort opt for the Prestige bed with its premium ergonomic pocket sprung mattress.
Finely upholstered in fabric, leather or faux leather, Stan offers a wide range of colours and patterns that suit any home decor. Choose the right arm design to define the sofa bed style and customise it with the hues and piping that best suit your living room or guest room.

For greater ease of delivery, assembly and reassembly in case of moving, our sofa beds are all breakdownable in manageable parts.

Mattress

Mechanism (or frame for sofa without bed): High resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh, fixed to the frame with springs. Comfortable seating made with webbing or with polypropylene fabric (180 only). Opening and closing operations with one single movement (sofabed only).
Mattress (for bed only): Interior springing made of a 2,20 mm. diam. hardened steel; CM expanded polyurethane foam 27 Kg/m3; cover in 100% CO ecru FR treated fabric quilted with FR 100% PL 200 g/m2 and “barrier” non woven support; sides in 100% CO ecru FR treated fabric quilted with mm. 5 foam; piping. The mattress meets the requirement of BS 7177 : 1996 Specification for Resistance to ignition of Mattresses, Divans and Bed Bases for “Medium Hazard” (Crib 5).
Frame: Back: high resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Armrests: solid fir, poplar plywood and particle wood. Headboard and Front panel (nonbearing): particle wood. Stan-7 wooden armrests: particle wood, veneered in oak stained wengé.
Padding: Seat: Expanded polyurethane foam 35 Kg/m3, covered with wadding 300 g/m2. Back: Expanded polyurethane foam 25 Kg/m3 covered with wadding 300 g/m2 and 2,5 mm. combined interliner. Headboard, front panel and Stan armrest: Expanded polyurethane foam 27 Kg/m3 covered with 10 mm. CM foam 35 Kg/m3 combined interliner. Stan-1-3-4-5-8 armrest: Expanded polyurethane foam ELAST 65 Kg/m3 + 40 Kg/m3 PCM covered with 10 mm. CM foam 35 Kg/m3 combined interliner. Stan-2-6 armrest: covered with 10 mm. CM foam 35 Kg/m3 combined interliner.
