For this reason, other than relying on specialized furniture carriers, Milano Bedding delivers through a network of qualified Partner Retailers (in the Cart page you will always find the Delivery Options available for every area).

Directly from the Manufacturer - Ground Floor Delivery
The Delivery Option automatically shown in the Cart is Ground Floor Delivery: it is carried out by specialized furniture carriers: this kind of delivery takes place at ground floor, outside the building or up to the nearest point that can be reached by the truck used for the delivery. Customers could be required to help the driver unload the packages from the truck.

The products purchased can be easily assembled by Customers.
Assembly is classified in 3 typologies, in all Product Cards there's always an indication on the product assembly class:
- Assembled Product (Sofas, Armchairs, Ottomans, some Sofa Beds)
- Demountable Product (some Sofa Beds can be disassembled in order to make them pass through narrow spaces, such as staircases)
- Disassembled Product (Beds, easy assembly)

Our Partner Retailers services - Delivery with Assembly Service
Milano Bedding Store UK ( is connected with a network of Milano Bedding Partner Retailers. In the Cart page it is clearly stated if a Partner Retailer can be found in the selected area.

For the areas covered by a Partner Retailer, in the Cart page it is possible to select the additional service.

Times and Notifications

Milano Bedding Store UK ( always operate to provide Customers with accurate information.
The Delivery Times here below are estimated times based on previous deliveries: they represent a reliable indication, but can however change depending on contingencies due to production, logistics or particular periods of the year (for example: all the orders made before long holidays periods can be delayed due to the closing periods of our factory and our logistics partners).
Customers are constantly updated on the status of the Production and Delivery processes with emails and phone calls (right before the Delivery).

Ground Floor Delivery
Delivery Times: 5-6 weeks
About 4 weeks after the order Production has started, Customers receive an email of notification through which you can authorize the Delivery by confirming your availability to receive the supply.
Another email is then sent to inform that the supply has been shipped, and after about 1 week Customers are called by the furniture carrier or by the Partner Retailer in charge of the delivery (we'd like to point out that delivery is not by appointment: the Customer's availability is taken into consideration by Carriers and Retailers, but always in line with their delivery plan).

Delivery with Assembly Service
Delivery Times: 6 weeks
About 5 weeks after the order Production has started, Customers are called by the Partner Retailer in charge of the delivery to schedule an appointment within the same week or for the one immediately after.


Warranty Validity

All products are delivered with a regular sales invoice valid for a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects: the high manufacturing quality of Milano Bedding products guarantees the purchase of furniture that is designed and manufactured to last. From the moment of delivery we ask customers to follow all steps of our Procedure for the Reception and Verification of the Products.

We strongly recommend to read this page carefully even before the delivery, in this way you will be prepared to go through all the different steps and receive the best possible assistance.


Free Shipping and Remote or Isolated Locations

The "Delivery Services" box inside the Cart page allows to calculate the Discounted Price including the delivery service selected and, if available, the assembly service.

For orders with a total amount lower than € 1.000,00, the Price includes a delivery fee (for Ground Floor Delivery and Delivery with Assembly).

Please note: the Delivery with Assembly service is available only if a Partner Retailer is located in the area.

Remote or Isolated Locations
Standard Delivery services do not take into account possible surcharges for locations that cannot be reached by the vehicles normally used for deliveries (7 - 12 metres trucks). Some examples:

1- old / historic town centres and high streets where trucks have no access
2- construction sites: unfinished buildings
3- some islands: all foreign country islands, for example Spain's Balearic and Canary islands.
