Details
A true all-rounder, with its neat silhouette and range of arms you can choose from, Eric is a straightforward, simple modern sleeper sofa for guest rooms and holiday homes. Fitted with an easy-open metal action mechanism by Lampolet, it unfolds in a few seconds revealing a 195 long mattress available as a single, large single, small double or double. To open up the steel frame you only need to pull the back and lower the bed to the floor. The closing is possibly even easier, thanks to the mechanism doing the hard work. All without removing any cushion. The inner structure is also equipped with a pillow storage, this way the room will stay decluttered during the day.
The arms come in different sizes and shapes allowing you to define your sleeper sofa’s style. Track squared designs will work fine in modern and contemporary settings, while the sock rolled ones will give the couch the perfect traditional twist that fits in with country or cottage style interiors. The selection of black, wooden or chrome legs will do the rest, adding a classic or current touch to Eric.
Eric is a bespoke Italian sofa bed manufactured with premium materials and made in Italy mechanism and mattresses.
For greater ease of delivery, assembly and reassembly in case of moving, our sofa beds are all breakdownable in manageable parts.

Mechanism: high resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh, fixed to the frame with springs. Comfortable seating made with webbing. Opening and closing operations with one single movement.
Mattress standard: expanded polyurethane foam CM 27 Kg/m3; cover in 100% CO ecru FR treated fabric quilted with 100% PL 200 g/m2; and FR barrier non-woven; sides in 100% CO ecru FR treated fabric; finish with FR piping.
The mattress meets the requirement of BS 7177 : 2011 Specification for Resistance to ignition of Mattresses, Divans and Bed Bases – “Medium Hazard” (Crib 5).
Frame:
Back: fir, hardboard and webbing.
Armrests: solid fir, particle wood and hardboard.
Headboard: solid fir, particle wood and multilayer fir. Front panel (non-bearing) in particle wood.
Padding:
Seat: expanded polyurethane foam 35 Kg/m³, covered with wadding 400 g/m² and 2,5 mm. combined interliner.
Back: expanded polyurethane foam 25 Kg/m³ covered with wadding 400 g/m² and 2,5 mm. combined interliner.
Headboard and front panel: expanded polyurethane foam 27 Kg/m³ covered with 10 mm. CM foam 35 Kg/m³ combined interliner.
Armrests: expanded polyurethane foam ELAST 65 Kg/m³ + 40 Kg/m³ PCM covered with 10 mm. CM foam 35 Kg/m³ combined interliner.
Fabric: fabric meeting Cigarette + Match Test.
