Taylor is a modern country style sofa bed detailed with a skirt and fitted with our Lampolet metal-action mechanism that opens up in seconds revealing a real 14 cm thick and 200 cm long mattress. Available as an armchair, a 2 or 3 seater, plus their extra large versions, it turns into a single, large single, small double, double and king size bed. For a tailored comfort you can choose the mattress that best suits your need among a premium selection of foam and pocket sprung models. The opening and closing take one simple move: without removing any cushions, all it requires is to pull the backrest and lower it. The mechanism will do the hard work, while you will only need to guide the frame down to the floor.
Beautifully detailed with decorative buttons, the upholstery is tailored tight to the box cushions, while the arms and deck are covered in a looser manner. The effect is that of a modern skirt with side kick pleats. A piping runs along the cushioning adding a traditional vibe. With its country chic allure the Taylor sleeper sofa will instantly match cottage inspired homes, coastal style interiors or urban apartments with a romantic twist.

Mechanism (or frame for sofa without bed): High resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh, fixed to the frame with springs. Sofabed seat made with polypropylene fabric, sofa seat made with webbing. Opening and closing operations with one single movement (sofabed only).
Mattress (for bed only): Interior springing made of a 2,20 mm. diam. hardened steel; CM expanded polyurethane foam 27 Kg/m3; cover in 100% CO ecru FR treated fabric quilted with FR 100% PL 200 g/m2 and “barrier” non woven support; sides in 100% CO ecru FR treated fabric quilted with mm. 5 foam; piping. The mattress meets the requirement of BS 7177 : 1996 Specification for Resistance to ignition of Mattresses, Divans and Bed Bases for “Medium Hazard” (Crib 5).
Frame: Back: high resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Armrests: solid fir, poplar plywood and particle wood. Front panel (nonbearing): particle wood. Headboard: solid fir, particle wood and multilayer fir.
Padding: Seat: Expanded polyurethane foam 35 Kg/m3; needle-punched thermo-fixed fiber TL/S-C 200 gr/m2 combined with Schedule 3 interliner and 2,5 mm. foam combined interliner. Back: Expanded polyurethane foam 25 Kg/m3 M CM; needle-punched thermo-fixed fiber 300 gr/m2 covered with Schedule 3 interliner and 2,5 mm. foam combined interliner. Headboard and front panel: 10 mm. CM foam combined with Schedule 3 interliner and 2,5 mm. foam combined interliner. Armrests: Expanded polyurethane foam ELAST 65 Kg/m3 + 40 Kg/m3 PCM and 10 mm. CM foam combined with Schedule 3 interliner and 2,5 mm. foam combined interliner.
