Charles is a stylish living room 2-3 seater retro sofa bed with saber legs and curved back cushion. Drawing on modern mid-century inspirations, it has a streamlined silhouette defined by one-piece seat and back welt cushions, completed by curved arms. Equipped with a Lampolet metal action mechanism, Charles effortlessly turns into single, double or king beds in a choice of sizes. This is a fold-out convertible sofa with wooden slats and a comfy 200 cm long foam or sprung mattress. You don’t have to remove any cushion to open it.
Available as an armchair too, it’s a great way of maximising a living space or a small studio flat by adding both seating and extra sleeping options, all without compromising on style or comfort. A sleeper sofa that looks beautiful during the day, Charles provides a good night's sleep to you or your guests.
Combining function and style, you will have a 50s style high end sofa, beautifully crafted in Italy only with the best materials and hardware. An old-fashioned design you can customize in fabric, leather or faux leather in a wide selection of colours and patterns.

For greater ease of delivery, assembly and reassembly in case of moving, our sofa beds are all breakdownable in manageable parts.

All fabrics meet the requirements of Schedule 4, Part I, “The Cigarette Test” of The Furniture and Furnishing (Fire) (Saety) Regulations 1988 (as amended) S.I. 1324, using the BS 5852: Part 1: 1979, Methods of test for the igniability by smokers’ materials of upholstered composites for seating.
