The shaped backrest and arms, raised on one end and lower on the other end of the seat cushion, draw inspiration from antique fainting couches, méridienne sofas and récamiers. But here the lines are straightened, turning those traditional models into a contemporary piece with a sleek, neat look.
Don’t let the traditional allure mislead you: this sleeper sofa is equipped with the best metal action mechanism. Our Lampolet frame is perfectly fitted inside the settee structure. To obtain your ready to use bed you’ll simply have to remove the seat and pull out the bed base and mattress.
Available in fabric, leather or faux leather, with edge trimmings, this meridienne-style convertible chaise longue features a solid wood plinth base with gently splayed legs. The asymmetrical back and arms make it easier (and tempting) to lie back and relax. For greater ease of delivery, assembly and reassembly in case of moving, our sofa beds are all breakdownable in manageable parts.
